(A) In-Person Application

   Applicants can submit their membership application directly at the AFICS-Thailand office,

Tuesday to Thursday, 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–14:00 (excluding ESCAP holidays) 
Association’s Financial Year:
1 July – 30 June (of the subsequent year)

(B) Application via Email or Postal Mail

1. Download the Application Form. Obtain the membership application form from the AFICS-Thailand website and complete all required details.
2. Pay the entrance fee and annual membership dues as specified in the form by depositing the funds into the AFICS-T savings account, no. 004-2-17049-7 Siam Commercial Bank. Retain the deposit slip (pay-in slip) as proof of payment.
3. Send the application form and pay-in-slip to the AFICS-Thailand office via email or postal mail. A copy of the pay-in-slip slip, clearly indicating your name and UID or retiree ID number. Use the office address listed above for postal submissions.
4. Upon successful verification of your application by the Association, you will receive a membership confirmation. A receipt will be sent to the mailing address provided in your application form.
5. Once you receive the receipt and have no further inquiries, your membership status will be considered complete.
